I bought a Keurig for my daughter's birthday. It stopped working after 2 weeks. The customer service rep was so helpful. She had me trouble shoot the issues while she was on the phone. She determined I had a bad unit. Two days later a new Keurig arrived. It is refreshing during Covid to find ANYONE that wants to do their job. Thank you Keurig!
