I recently placed an order though BB Wheel for rims which they had no problem charging me for. 2 days later I get an e-mail informing me they were canceling my order and refunding my money "due to our anti-fraud system". As I look in my credit card account there is still no pending refund. This has been a great waste of time. I will be placing my order though a different business and steering clear of BB Wheel.

We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We appreciate your feedback. Looking into your order it does look like your refund was fully completed on 3/8/24. Some credit card companies do take up to 72 hours to show this on their statements. Do not hesitate to reach out for any further communication regarding this.
