This company did all they could to keep the funds without providing the product. They claimed backordered, promised shipment then changed my address on the account to a non-existent location. Claimed it was then refunded when it was not etc... almost 3 month ordeal with over a dozen contacts and emails all filled with numerous obviously false statements.
Tip for consumers: There is a difference between shipping issues and unethical business practices. They took the funds from account, then later admitted they did not have the ring in stock. They then changed my address to claim it was mis-shipped then changed it back. Refused to cancel order, then claimed it was cancelled and the funds were already in account. Over 2 weeks later and no funds returned.

On your order, you entered a town called "Unicorporated, Kansas" When the ring did arrive to our office, we did ship it to the address on the order form that you entered, it of course came back to us, since that town does not exist. We asked for the correct town, we never got an answer from you. You after about a week going back and fourth of you telling us that we changed the town, we simply refunded your purchase in full.
