If you are ordering one of their own items. Hopefully you did everything right. You might be fine. However, what ever you do...DO NOT order anything that is slightly pop culture. No Zelda. No GoT. No Dragonball...because if you have a problem you CANNOT re-order it...know why? They remove those items within days and you will never see it again. Don't bother with Customer Service. You will just waste a week of your life to have them tell you exactly what you told them: The Item isn't on their site so you cannot re-order. Oh, they will give you a 20% discount (excluding shipping) only to downgrade it two days later to 15% (excluding shipping, of course). Take it from me, they WILL NOT use your previous info to reprint it either. You are just SOL. They will not help in any reasonable manner. It's all lip service for a shirt that has a neat design they could not bother centering.
