My physical gift card had not been delivered after two weeks. I couldn't track it (just said that it was ready but hadn't gone anywhere) so I called. My CS rep immediately saw the same issue, tried to see if she could find out where it was and then contacted her supervisor to replace the physical card with an e-giftcard which I received within 10 minutes of the conclusion of our conversation.
My representative immediately saw the issue and worked to expedite a resolution. I am thrilled with her help and quick work.
