I've been charged the $99 rate after signing up for the 7 day trial and I have been unable to cancel my subscription through the app. The day I was charged, 3/23/24, I never received an email of the charge with an order number. I've tried calling and opening a support ticket but due to all of the bad reviews related to not bring able to cancel, I'm getting worried that they will continue charging my card. Very untrustworthy.
