Last month I decided to sign up to wholesale2b. Paid to have a webstore made and paid for a full year. I also paid to have 250 products uploaded to the store by a professional with updated prices, all I had to do was pick the categories.
In a couple days I was told my store had uploaded items and that it was ready. It wasn't. The business name was incorrect, the items uploaded had been bunched into one category. Of the 250 items at least half had been double items!
First week first ticket. Was promised they would fix. My business name was fixed.
Second week some items changed.
Third week, discovered not all my categories had been posted. Many items had missing pictures. Nothing was organized properly.
Four week, I complained on trustpilot and the ceo of wholesale responded surprised and made false accusation towards me. But then told me he will get his people to fix.
End of week four, somethings fixed but still missing product images and nothing is properly organized. Multiple pictures of the same product but each post with different size. They could have posted one article with a couple pictures with a drop down tab for a customer to pick size and colour that was not the case. I also have a different person working on my webstore making promises to have it look good.
So next week will be week five. My webstore is still not professionally completed. My honest review on trustpilot has been removed. I'm dealing with buyer remorse and frustrated at the lack of professionalism wholesale2b claims to have. There is none. Five weeks and who knows how long to have a webstore finished is ridiculous. Wholesale2b may look like a good option but in my experience I really should have went elsewhere. As for a refund? I'd probably have to go seek legal attorney for that since wholesale2b doesn't offer refunds. My advice stay away!

I had to post a very negative review about wholesale2b. I was honest and thus had my review removed by trustpilot claiming I made racial discriminatory remarks. One of the many complaints I had with wholesale2b is how they out source there work to India. Which is why wait times take 12-24 hours. For that I was flagged apparently. My argument was that in the business world everyone knows time is money. And should a problem arise with an order or customer and you have to wait 12-24 hours for a response you could lose that customer or get bad reviews. And yet trustpilot removed my review! I also read on many forums how trustpilot will remove negative posts made on companies which I firmly believe. Because for every negative review on wholesale2b there is two to three positive reviews there after with next to no good information. Only words such as " it's a great company good experience". Weak reviews! Trustpilot is not reliable. Its a scam website that works against honest reviews that take time to formulate a true experience.
