I bought a ticket to Vancouver on the 16th of January 2024 to learn that my flight hot canceled! I then asked for a refund on the 19th of January but I haven't received any refund! Instead, my transaction were very odd: I was charged for $147.00 on the 16th. Then as soon as my flight was canceled, the transaction disappeared. Now it showed again on my transaction time-line I got a charge instead of a refund! The flight was canceled because of the airline did so( from what I was told!)
I already reported the case to my bank and an explanation from KissandFly is very much demanded! Your customer service contacts were fake so as the refund pdf!

If the funds have not been credited to your account after this period, we will provide you with a refund confirmation that you can use to check the status of the transaction with your bank.
