Terrible customer service I tried to cancel my order a week before delivery and it still charged my card. They wouldn't even offer a refund. Terrible customer service I do not recommend at all. Customer service is the backbone of every business, and this one failed miserably. Don't waste your money here. They will screw you over just so they can put money in their own pockets.

Tip for consumers:
My card was still charged after a cancellation. I canceled my order a week prior to payment processing. The company refused to offer any kind of refund customer service was absolutely terrible. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They just take your money to put it in their pocket and will not offer a refund.

“Exact same thing happened to me. Cancelled same day and received email “sorry to see you go” and “your plan has been cancelled “. Customer service said that didn’t mean the box had been cancelled even though cancelled 10days before cutoff! WTF”
