Vitalcheck has an antiquated website so it forces the customer to call customer service. Because of this there is a backlog of calls and you will be waiting on hold for hours not minutes. Also when you do finally get through to an actual person, she cannot help with your problem because they know nothing about their own system. My problem was that they required additional payment but their website will not allow you to pay the additional amount. Therefore you must talk to a person but the person answering the phone cannot help with billing. They claim they have good customer reviews but I think they are must have written their own reviews.
