This company treats their customers badly. Accidentally bought the wrong sized tool and immediately contacted customer service via the chat on their webpage. I asked if I could exchange it for the correct size and be invoiced for the difference and they said no. I asked to cancel my order and they refused. Poor customer service. Beware.
Tip for consumers: You cannot alter orders in any way once you finalize the transaction, even if it's just minutes later. They will not let you cancel or modify the order. If you chose the wrong size of an item, you have to wait for it to be delivered, pay to ship it back to them, and then reorder the correct size (and pay for shipping again)
