Th Agent known as Dorothy, was very helpful and kind, and patient, i told her what i was looking for and she explained all the different flights, especially the ones closer to what i was looking for. I accepted it and thanked her for all her efforts in finding something for me. She is an asset to your company and a hard go getter.
