While NewChic doesn't actually deliver Items ordered, they do provide hours and hours of entertainment. You can search their website for insights on where your items might be, count business days from the time of your order, write there customer service department daily looking for insights on if NewChic actually has or has ever had the items ordered and finely write your credit card company to obtain an refund.
