I had my Nespresso for 4 months and it would overflow on and off and then more often than not! Same with my frother; it would froth and then not. FINALLY, I called Nespresso and did a video chat. Even though I watched videos on how to fix these issues it was super helpful to have the expert at Nespresso walk me through the troubleshooting process and now it works great. I think her name was Veronda who also told me there is a "cheat sheet" under https://www.nespresso.com/us/en/machine-assistance/vertuo for Vertuo machines. I am a SPED teacher and I waited until spring break to call because I thought I would be tied up for hours, but they are 24/7! The agent spoke perfect English, and I could understand her directions just as well! Now if only I could get coupons for the capsules! :) Laura
