I had my Nespresso for 4 months and it would overflow on and off and then more often than not! Same with my frother; it would froth and then not. FINALLY, I called Nespresso and did a video chat. Even though I watched videos on how to fix these issues it was super helpful to have the expert at Nespresso walk me through the troubleshooting process and now it works great. I think her name was Veronda who also told me there is a "cheat sheet" under https://www.nespresso.com/us/en/machine-assistance/vertuo for Vertuo machines. I am a SPED teacher and I waited until spring break to call because I thought I would be tied up for hours, but they are 24/7! The agent spoke perfect English, and I could understand her directions just as well! Now if only I could get coupons for the capsules! :) Laura

Tip for consumers:
Their customer service and video chat were outstanding! There was an actual person and NOT a computer that could not assist me.

Clearance items seemed like a good buy. One of the items was WAY too small and is not comfortable. Since it is a clearance item, I cannot return so I have to eat the $6. The shoes were cute but smooshed in on the toe and never came out. After one wear, my feet hurt, and will not wear them again. $23 was wasted because returns are not free. One cute sweatshirt but just fit and I like them loose. A shirt I paid $24 for my dad I later found for less and made in the US. My husband was satisfied with his t-shirt but also found at a less cost from the US. The leggings are cute for Halloween (not too crazy about the material but ok for $14) and only one item out of the four items for myself fit like expected. I do not have the best experience ordering clothes outside of the US so I will not be ordering again. One positive was that the company was very good at keeping me updated on my order

I "FINALLY" received a response of the return address on April 22; 3:30 am (exactly one week of receipt of the items and well over a month from the placement of the order) and IMMEDIATELY (well 8:30 when they opened) went to the post office to return the items. The cost was $13.00 Priority Mail which they informed me would most likely be Wednesday but not guaranteed. Still, within the 30 days! Let's see how much of the $69.00 I will receive back. I will keep everyone updated so hopefully no one else will have to go through this mess!

First, I never received an email confirmation from this company. After I saw my credit card was charged I tried contacting them but no one answered. I contacted PAYPAL to dispute the charges. That day I received an email stating that they were sorry that I never received my merchandise... nothing else! Miraculously that day I received it. Two sizes too small and so cheaply made! I am trying to return it but no where is a return address on their website and the only address listed is in Hong Kong and it specifically states "not the return address." This whole company seems fishy to me and especially after I read the reviews here on Sitejabber. One review did state an address but it did not sound reliable when reading it.
