Customer service was wonderful; after sending my machine in to be repaired once and still having the same issue, I called again and they made it right by sending me a new machine. A pleasant experience with reasonable people who genuinely seem like they just want to help resolve the issue! I can't complain at all!
I bought an expensive coffee machine and it completely died weeks after my 1 year warranty. Terrible even when they could see I order a lot of expensive pods directly from them. The tech said sorry you must of bought a lemon! What a rip off BUYER BEWARE!
Horrible technical and sales service. Commercial machines break down quickly, and it's impossible to get parts to fix them. The company lies about providing credit / discounts on replacement models. Everyone promises to call you back but no one does. Incredibly messed up company, and the commercial grade machines and the specialized crappy coffee pods that go with them suck! The commercial grade coffee pods fail to operate 1/3 of the time because of the design characteristics. So, in other words, you lose a lot more money than what you think you will save buying this crappy system.

My daughter bought 4 boxes of seasonal delight from Marker Mall we opened one and didn't like it so we wanted to exchange it but unfortunately we were told that rules has changed from August and no exchange will be allowed even though they are sealed boxes. I was disappointed of this action since we are long time customers and company like this should do more effort informing customers about ew rules. I know my daughter should bought only one box to try it but she assumed that we will like it like other coffee type ot sure what to do with these bo es now

Put order in but their system wouldn't except date. Rang them up and James the clown CHANGED my order and put it through. He apologised and said he'd fix it before it was sent. He DIDN'T! Then after I received WRONG ORDER, he expected ME TO FIX HIS MISTAKE BEFORE I RECEIVED MY CORRECT ORDER. That was last Friday and STILL NO COFFEE! $312 THEY HAVE OF MINE FOR STUFFED UP ORDER! MONGRELS!

Don't trust them as far as you can kick them. Once they've got your money and sent the WRONG items AFTER HE'D CHANGED MY ORDER, won't send correct items, THAT I ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Purchased this from Nespresso for around $300. Didn't use it much. Started using it and the magnetic stick stopped working. Went to store and was told to call customer service. They offered to send a replacement when back in stock. Called back a week or so later to enquire eta and was told still out of stock but they would give me $100 off a new frother. Spoke to Yora the manager who said as the machine was out of warranty I should be thankful they were offering me anything. Definitely won't be buying anything one!
I'm guessing if George had read the Reviews he wouldn't want a bar of the brand Nespresso! The Machine looks absolutely Gorgeous just like George but that's about all. After 3 months my Vertuo Creatista $1099 went back for repair. From day one It was a challenge to get it to Make a Coffee. Yes you not only need a Uni Degree to deal with all the constant flashing yellow and red lights and getting the machine to work. You also need Nerves Of Steel as this machine will totally Drive You Insane not to mention dealing with Nespresso customer service. Just Appalling. After 4 weeks with my machine in for repair I called to find out what was happening. They couldn't find my repair order number. I asked for a refund which was a challenge. It took 4 weeks for them to refund my machine and I'm still waiting to receive the $61 for the pods I last ordered. They said 7 business days however it's around 14 Business days by now. I need to mention I sent back $175.00 worth of pods but they only acknowledged my last pod order. Who cares as I certainly won't entertain Nespresso again. Buyers Beware. I wish I had read the reviews before I put my trust in the brand.
I ordered coffee capsules online - then had to make four phone calls and wasted almost an hour of my life before my order was finally delivered three weeks later. Nespresso did send me a free sleeve of coffee capsules to tide me over. That was better than nothing, but nowhere near enough to compensate me for all the hassle.

I called customer service previously in regards to leakage of my machine from time to time. The rep was extremely helpful and help me troubleshoot. He further told me and confirmed my address where he was sending me a descaling kit. However, the kit never arrived. It was over the holidays so I left it.
A few weeks later, I called back as the machine was leaking more often now. The rep this time also helped me trouble shoot it. When I asked about the descaling kit, she had said there was no notes on it; thus, she couldn't send me a complimentary one. I asked for her to make it right regardless of there's notes or not, and she couldn't.
I asked to speak with her manager, her manager said the same thing about not being able to make to right by sending me a descaling kit. I asked the manager if she's willing to listen to the recording of my original conversation with the rep that told me he was going to send me a kit. She ignored it and kept saying there's no notes on it. I asked her if she was willing to let go of a long time Nespresso customer for a $10.99 kit and she said yes. So I said okay, I'm disappointed to hear that and told her I would not be a customer from this point forward out of principal.
I was very surprised of how they handle this as I've always known Nespresso for their customer service.

Long Standing customer of Nespresso in excess of 13 years. Decided to move from original pods to Vertuo pods. ANYONE DOING THE SAME RECONSIDER PLEASE. The Vertuo Next machine leaked 3 times in the 15 coffees I made, covering the worktop and ruining cook books, Ive only had the machine under 4 days! I took pictures and presented to online support. Im not sure they looked at them as said had to cal technical support who then carried out a pointless video consultation and ran the coffee machine through basic tests. Of course it didn't leak as I highlighted it was sporadic. Anyway they wouldn't replace the machine or provide a refund and said if it happens again. Well Im not going to use it as it is not fit for purpose and not prepared to clean up the mess or risk anything else being damaged. Nespresso brand value is dropping.
Three machines in under 4 years. Bought the original in 2020 and now working on my second replacement 2/29/2024. Love the coffee but the machines are not reliable. I will be looking at other options.

I placed an order in November and was told it would be here in 3 to 5 business days. It took a month to get here. When I called company they said they would send me a new order but all they did was make a shipping label to make me think they were sending a new box so after a month and a half I called to see where box was. Well, it was never shipped! They then told me they would send out a new box which I should receive in 3 to 5 days! I now called and was put on hold forever because supposedly they were looking up order. Didn't seem to find it. Now they say they'll have to talk to a manager about it! All lies! I will never order from them again! Customer service sucks and all they do is lie to you! Just so you know Amazon sells these coffee pods and at least you'll receive your order!
I love my Nespresso machine and the coffee is delicious! However this is my second large order of Nespresso sleeves that arrives without the free new sample pods or free sleeve promised with the order of 8 sleeves or more! Oh! And the recycling bag! When I called they the person on the other line said that he was sorry but could not do anything about it...

I was told on my first initial call that if my machine could not be troubleshooted and fixed I would receive a new one or could have mine fixed. After a second call and troubleshooting I was told I could only recieve a 35% discount or pay to have it sent in and fixed. Which would take about 2 weeks possibly more depending on holiday times. My machine is only a month and a half over expiration. That being said I am very upset and dissapointed with the customer service I received having paid over 200$ for my machine just one year ago and now I'm expected to spend my time and money and buy another machine in hopes that it does not break again in one year. I dont believe I should have been told my machine would be fixed or replaced by one agent and then told it would not be by another. In short I would not recommend buying any nespresso products unless you want to be rebuying them again one year later. Also I'd like to point out my kuerig that's 3 years old is still going strong with no issues. And it was a fraction of the price.

I ordered my usual refill of capsules from Nespresso and it was delivered on time but with one sleeve missing. I called customer service and they answered promptly and sent me the missing one pronto! As a famous and reputable brand, I would have included a little note or a capsule sample as sorry getsure.but overall it was a great customer service experience! Thank you.
I've been a customer of Nespresso for over a year now, and up until today, my experience has been generally good. However I had placed an order with Nespresso Canada, and they chose FleetOptics Inc to make the delivery. When placing my order with Nespresso, I made sure to indicate this was a business with business hours and not open on the weekend. FleetOptics ignored our open hours and "attempted" to deliver 40 mins after we had closed. Upon reaching out to FleetOptics they said they would retry the delivery within 24-48 hrs, however this discussion occurred on a Friday. And as already mentioned the business was not open on the weekend. We have yet to receive our order from Nespresso via FleetOptics and have zero confidence it will occur. FleetOptics will only make 3 attempts, then they send the shipment back to Nespresso, and to be honest, Nespresso's customer Service Department is no better. The CSR I spoke with had zero interest in trying to help me get my lack of delivery resolved and constantly tried to speak over me. He was rude and eventually just stopped speaking when he decided he didn;t want to help anymore. This is not customer service, this is ineptitude, and disinterest. This is type of CSR attitude is unfortunately all too common these days and totally unacceptable, nothing can be resolved in a timely manner in this way, and it's way too easy for the "CSR's" to avoid an issue and tow the company line. There is zero accountability, and as impossible as it sounds even less ability to think outside the box to resolve anything. So not only is the shipping department incapable of following shipping instructions, they are also rude and incapable of helping their customers. Not awesome!

Of course George Clooney doesn't drink Nespresso. If you live in Italy you should know the taste of REAL coffee - this aint it! Of the many flavours only a few taste like real coffee.
My experience with Nespresso. After 2 years my machine is broken and can only be used manually. When I order online they send it to the wrong address. Going into the store the sales assistants are more interested in gossiping with customers than serving. They make such a fuss on how to use the machines.They are not - a Barista. No level of skill is needed to operate a Nespresso machine. All you need to do is put water in a tank, a pod in the machine and press a button. They seem only interested in customers who are going to buy a machine. Those wanting to buy machines should know they are sold cheaper by other Retailers. Visiting their stores is not a "boutique" experience.

I spoke with a Nespresso representative today regarding my Nespresso C122-US-SI-BR-2 model.
In June of 2021 my daughter gave me this unit as a gift. About 1 yr later it developed an internal leak and Nespresso gladly replaced the unit. Now the new unit has developed an internal leak. The representative said the unit was out of warranty but they would offer me a 35% discount for a replacement unit. The original cost was $207 and now the replacement cost would be $329 less 35%=
$213.85. Since the same problem occurred I f do o not have confidence that another leak will not happen and I do not want to spend $200+ dollars each time to remedy the problem. I feel a larger reduction in replacement cost would be fair. I use nespresso pods which continues to bring revenue.
We bought the machine (second one) on 06-13-2023 --Since September we have been having issues -it makes the coffee after multiple steps of plugging and unplugging as well as turning the head and other steps online. I finally called customer service since I had some time today and after a 20 minute video call and after tilitng the machine where a lot of water mixed wiht coffee came out it worked. We then went through a process of cleaning the machine. At the end I was told that I must clean the machine through the process we went through once a week and not plug the machine in the gfi or the large surge protector I have. I was very unhappy ---the other nespresso machine my daughter has for years in college never had a problem. I expressed how unhappy I was and that I wanted another machine and she hung up the phone on me.
I would also like to point out that we have lost alot of pods due to the malfunctioning of the machine - I would research more before I buy another nespresso machine for reviews.

I have a Vertuo machine... it is the worst digital experience. Cant pair it with my phone because it too stupid to connect to my wifi, cant understand the troubleshooting in the book with all fancy light bleeping to tell you something is wrong. I want to know what kind of idiots works in technology department... Please spend less on George and more on your technology resource for god sake. I am done. My first Citiz Nespresso machine blew up electrical fault would trigger our safety switch. Raplacement Machine starting leaking after 4 months and they wouldn't replace it said it was a cockroach infection and major repair warranty didn't not cover. No customer service, no complaints email. Don't by from this company. I do not have a cockroach problem however how could a machine do made so badly that a cockroach could get in and destroy it to not being able to repair $400 wasted.

We called customer service 3 times- first time we got disconnected with no call back even though we gave our number to them at the start of the conversation. The second customer service agent was very rude and we could not hear anything due to all the back ground noise from other agents I suppose helping other customers- 7:30 pm Sunday night. The third agent, although somewhat nice but by no means friendly customer service agent did go through the trouble shooting steps and to no avail our machine was broken- under warranty yeah! But wait...Nespresso only offers you a refurbished machine to replace the new machine you bought! That is not in the warranty anywhere. I would think my machine being under warranty should have been replace with a new machine! I am not sure why they train their customer service agents to be so rude - but if I would have known this I would never have bought a Nespresso! If you buy a Nespresso be prepared for only about 8 months of use!

Placed an online order on 1 Dec. Never received it. Sent an email in Dec, no response. Called on 28 Dec to find out where the order is. Customer service said it never left the warehouse and the reason I didn't get it is because I didn't call Nespresso 3-5 days after I didn't receive it. According to the rep, it's my fault I didn't receive my order when it didn't leave their warehouse. After explaining how ridiculous that was and letting her know the call was being recorded on my end as well, she offered me a $20 credit to my account. I closed our conversation with the fact that $20 doesn't do much if the items in my order were Christmas gifts, especially since one item was an Advent calendar and Christmas is over. The rep had very little actual emotional intelligence and did not respond appropriately throughout the conversation. At one point after I was clearly frustrated and asked for a refund, she asked if I wanted to register any Nespresso machines because she could see that my account doesn't have any registered machines. WTF
