Charge card for auto renew without authorization. I was not allowed to cancel due to the boxes being reserved for my daughter. Told 2 times her box was on the way. A month later, customer service informed me that they ran out of princess boxes (the boxes that I was charged prior so they could reserve them) so my daughter was moved to the Hot Wheels program that ships differently.

“Whoa this is crazy! We had issues without september box never arriving despite having paid for it. I had to eventually dispute the charge in November with my credit card.”
