Throughout the whole process, Medical staff is always friendly and attentive. The down side is the wait… Always a 3 hr (avg) experience… Need to open another location or HIRE! Was in line and the sent 10 new potential life saving donors away! Maybe time for a management change?
Tip for consumers:
Avoid stress….. Plan on being here a while!!! In the end it is worth it to give and help others.
