I put in a order on 11/27/20 for 2 Christmas presents. I was given an order number and have sent 4 emails to customer service (Zach) only receiving one reply on 12/17/20 saying that the order would be arriving soon. I am not in the process of trying to get a refund as I don't think I will ever see the merchandise and definitely not in time for Christmas...
