I ordered the dual lens dash cam, instead they shipped a single lens.
I won't add pictures, they have done the same thing to other customers and have posted their pictures here.
I contacted customer support,, They begged me to accept a 30% discount on my next purchase,, I told them they will never get my money again... This company sucks! Stay far away!
Update: 24 hours later,
Now they Offered a 50 % discount on my next purchase and begged me to accept it,, I have told them from the beginning I was not purchasing anything else from them... I followed up that 50 % discount offer with a email refusing their 50 % discount on my next purchase,,, They then responded that the 50 % offer is a refund and not a discount on a next purchase. I also advised them I was refusing a 50 % refund and that they can process a 100 % refund or to send the item I originally purchased,,, I responded by telling them to get a translator and pointed out they originally offered Discounts on future purchases,,,, I pointed out that they can't keep tract of what they are communicating... They have no clue what they are doing.
This is all about the principal of the issue... These people don't get that their reputation is being harmed and will affect their bottom line.
I intend to inform Facebook and PayPal about the shoddy underhanded business practice... Note " I have discovered that I am not the only one that has purchased a dual lens dash cam and they send out an inferior single lens dash cam...
