Called them by the telephone number they provided. What a joke. You have to wait 90 minutes to talk to somebody. 18V battery charge died (China Junk). Really wasn't that old and was well taken care of. Probably have used it maybe 20 times over the 9 years. I don't have time to wait 90 minutes because they don't have enough staff to handle the calls. Called the authorized repair center. They told me they don't handle repair or replacement of battery chargers anymore. So call Ridgid. Good luck. I even sent a email to their customer service and provided the information necessary. Still no contact. As far as warranties there aren't any. Don't waste your money by buying China Junk. Do everything you can to buy American products and support our own people. Why do we keep buying poorly made junk from a Communist Country?

Purchased a 4oz Carnival King Popcorn Popper. Made in China and nothing but junk. Would not pop the corn properly, half popped and lots of old maids. We currently have a 2oz machine and it works fine. I did a temperature test on the kettle. Their machine 325 degrees, my 2oz. 400 degrees. I did some research on the web. Proper temp for popcorn is 400-450. Disputed the charge on Pay Pal. Company wants me to ship it back at my expense. Through chat webstaurant told me items shipped to residences have no warranty. What a bunch of bull. Pay pal says ship it back for a full refund. Really, frankly, I don't trust this merchant and I'm not going to spend my time, money and energy lugging this thing back to UPS. Do yourself a favor buy nothing from them.

Purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee 6.0L crate engine. Very good like a brand new engine. Very satisfied. Only complaint people do not call you back.

Order a headlight mounting panel from their web page. They sent us the wrong part (bumper cover), which wasn't anything similar to the part we ordered. They requested photos of the shipping label, part number and photo of the part we received to three different customer service agents. No response for two days. Sent them an email requesting cancel the order and refund our money. Received an email today claiming they will refund, and for us to keep the part we have no use for. In other words they dumped their mistake on us to dispose of. Terrible customer service. Will never order from them again. Beware. Use somebody else. Does this look like a highlight mounting panel to you? It's bumper cover for a pickup truck. They made no attempt to make their mistake right.
