I was happy with my first experience till the product arrived and it was faulty. I don't have the time to go shopping so I saw this as an ideal solution however when the product arrived it was faulty. I was offered a refund but I just do not have the time to send items back so I opted for a discount. I think a full refund should have been offered. I'd like to put this experience behind me and hope my other items on order are not faulty.
