I filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and I DID NOT accept YEGOR the owner of Windscribe VPN response (YEGOR SAK the owner of Windscribe VPN.) Background: After weeks of Windscribe VPN FAILURES and my increasing losses & irritation and escalating complaining for several months, YEGOR SAK e-mailed me & ultimately my BBB Complaint file saying, "Windscribe reserves the right to terminate, suspend or otherwise restrict your access to this Site, or any associated tool or services, with or without notice at any time for - ANY REASON WHATSOEVER...". HE DELETED MY ACCOUNT because I was unhappy with his service performance and expressed that to him directly because it was not working AT ALL.
Additionally, YEGOR lied to BBB and to the Public on the BBB website when he said that I created 2 accounts for myself to get around built-in service agreement limitations. YEGOR IS, IN FACT, A LIAR. I KNOW YEGOR is a liar because I created one account for myself and ONE for an elderly disabled person in my city who I take care of as a state worker. She needed it and knew nothing about tech. So I helped her in creating her account.
I am not certain where YEGOR learned to work LIES into his business plan but what IS CERTAIN is that he WILL LIE to you and try to damage you and harm you IF you subscribe to his VPN or any other business venture he owns if you get his attention I would imagine.
UNDERSTAND that if Customers complain to BBB (Better Business Service) or to his Customer Service Department he WILL DELETE your Account without ANY further thought or discussion SOLEY because HE CAN. END OF STORY.
