I placed an order for the spin brush with 4 mop heads and the earbuds. Everything went well until I received word my items were being returned to sender, due to not having my address. If I didn't have a correct address, why didn't Morningsave contact me, so I could update and reorder. I have ordered many times and Never had a problem. I can't understand why my items can't be resent to me when they arrive back at the office. I am very disappointed and refuse to order from them again. If I could give a zero I would do that instead. Their customer service was No help either. I didn't want a refund I wanted the items.

The item is worth the price and I'm so glad I purchased it. I will be back to make many more items also. Great quality and price.

The representative was not helpful by text. I was instructed to reread the expected time of delivery on the website. I just decided to wait and not ask for a refund. I was told my turn around time would be 3 weeks by the seller on Carnaval, but found out it would be 8-10 weeks by Super Jeweler. I was disappointed, but I hung in there.
