Flew back from a dismal Milan, Malpensa airport on Thai airways TG 941 to Bangkok. (6 July). After a terrible premium economy FINNAIR experience I forfeited the return ticket and flew Thai. Unlike the former in simple economy you get a decent meal service DO NOT have to pay for snacks and beverages and staff are wonderful to all passengers. I hope that they keep up the standards. As many passengers know usually economy class passengers are poorly considered.

Arrival at Malpensa airport is a dismal experience but I had no choice but to return here with FINNAIR. This is also the airport in which my luggage has been misplaced the most and delivered at the slowest pace. I am still awaiting my luggage that should have arrived on the 26 from Helsinki. The luggage area is usually deserted of ground crew and devoid of any helpful being: the only person available was a Philippine trolley supervisor who was really kind and the only useful point of reference for several bewildered passengers. So I would suggest either to brace yourself for a reception in which you feel you are in the way of things, where there is nobody around to help you or just go find another hub. (The only helpful people are foreign workers, they care more than locals). Oh and make sure you have coins for trolleys - but don't bring luggage if you can help it. They'll probably lose it.

25th March 2019:4 hours in an aircraft in Bangkok (AY142) bound for Milan via Helsinki followed by another 1.5 hours waiting to recollect luggage... next day 26th new flight delayed (understandable due to closure of Pakistan airspace) but luggage lost en route to Milan. Flight meals inedible, costs for a comfort seat high, you pay for snacks and wines. I was excited to have a go after my family told me their visit to Finland was a good experience. I suggest customers exercise great care. By the way: the staff are wonderful, courteous and polite. Unfortunately the operational standards are very low.

We contracted the publishing of a book destined for a book launch. The books were sent to an incorrect recipient in Italy via UPS a talk only company that does not know about customer service. Create Space received the books that were returned (without contacting the addressee) and since then - after promising that they would be resent - failed to follow up. We are still awaiting the delivery of the book and there has been no further information on their whereabouts. Appalling! Bordering on fraudulent... money was paid, no outcome,
