Elite appliance didn't review the appliance properly before identifying the root issue. The technician didn't pull the machine from the area it lies or open it to see what all was going on with it. Stuck a flash light and hand under and decided he needs what it was and moved on. Had assumptions and ordered part with warranty company based on that. It took a month for the company to return and service. Yet again didn't complete the job. Having to get another appliance company out to do the job properly.
