I ordered 4 boxes of contacts, 2 boxes of multifocals and 2 boxes of colored lenses. I only received 2 boxes of the multifocal lenses and no colored contacts. Oscar the manager tells me that I need to provide the packing invoice in order to determine whether the two missing boxes were in the order. I no longer have the packing invoice as it was discarded in the trash along with the box along with all the other Christmas boxes. I have the electronic invoice and receipts, but no packing invoice and they refuse to send me out the colored lens which cost $71.96 per box, totaling $143.92. A total ripoff. When I asked to speak to Oscars supervisor he informs me that he is a manager and there is no one higher to speak to as they manage people which is what I asked for. They have zero customer service etiquette and get by ripping off U.S. customers. I filed a dispute with my credit card company in an effort to resolve this issue. Beware of the scam. They have one person who answers calls (Dianne) and one manager (Oscar). Shady company.
