I recently booked a hotel room with ReSaver. The deals were great, and although a service fee was included, it was still a fair price.
Or so I thought...
What is not explicitly mentioned on this website is that the price was in US dollars, and being that I am from Canada, I was about to be charged a stupidly high exchange rate. I was charged $50 more than what I had agreed to pay.
When I called and inquired about this discrepancy, nobody over there could give me an answer. I had to figure out the problem myself while I was on hold by reading other terrible ReSaver reviews.
What a shady company... will NEVER book with this service again.
