I have another editing program. I do not understand the program, but then I am computer illiterate. It is extremely difficult getting in touch with them, asking the question I want to ask. They are pre-formulated questions, that have nothing in common with the questions I need to ask. With autocrit I do get answers for the questions I pose and they are quick and precise
