The associate's demeanor was very rude over the phone, I would imagine he is kinder in person as it would require an actual conversation in person. He didn't answer any questions I had and didn't even ask for my member id, name, or number. Something to identify the status of my membership. In the end we spent maybe 2 minutes asking for dates of availability to the location I was looking for (I can do this myself online, and did), to which he responded there were none for the dates I was looking for (there were, I checked before calling) and then proceeded to give me the phone number of said location because he "cant see anything" on his end. What a joke and terrible service from the planner.
