I ordered a bed from Bellacor for a house we were remodeling. When it arrived, the box looked okay so I assumed it was intact. We didn't need it for several months so I left it in the box. I ordered the bed in September and unboxed it a few days ago to discover it was damaged to the point of being unusable. I sent emails and pictures to Bellacor which were ignored. I called this morning and was told there was nothing they could do, that they had a 60 day return policy. I could understand not doing anything if the item was inexpensive, but the bed was over $700. I have lost that money with nothing to show for it. I had even asked if I could get other items to equal the value of the bed, but I'm getting nothing. I was told they couldn't recoup that loss. Well neither can I! Even a partial refund would help, but they are giving me nothing.
