Yes I have questions, why does Facebook allow people to continue advertising on their site when they have received so many complaints?

Tip for consumers:
AVOID TOTALLY

Products used:
Described as quilt, hand made in heart shaped patchwork, none of which is accurate
Colors are awful, it is obviously machine made & very thin, material/craftsmanship not any worth what I paid
They make return impossible.
WILL NOT USE AT ALL, I AM FURIOUS & HAVE LEARNED AN EXPENSIVE LESSON, DO NOT TRUST FACEBOOK ADVERTISING!!!!!
CANNOT LIST RATINGS AS YOU DO NOT HAVE NEGATIVE VAIUES
