I have purchased my Justin boots from Sheplers in the past and i was lucky they fit. I loved them. Purchased a pair of Ariat jeans, lucky they fit, and loved them!
Purchased a pair of shorts, same size as all of my other jeans, and the jeans from Sheplers... they did not fit. I am a Canadian customer, and on this web page https://www.sheplers.com/customer-service-returns-exchanges.html it does NOT clearly state that if you are an international customer, and Shelpers runs out of stock, and you simply wanted to exchange your product... you have to pay to ship them back and they treat it as a return.
As far as I am concerned, I liked the shorts, I wanted to exchange them, and Sheplers ran out. The Customer should NOT be penalized for that and have to pay shipping back, which equates to more $$ than the cost of the shorts to begin with.
Terrible.
They need to update their web page, and include this scenario so that Canadians can have a clear picture on what they are dealing with if they get something that does not fit.
Even the response they sent me reads like the exchange policy does not apply AT ALL for Canadians... whether products are in stock or not...
"Thank you for contacting Sheplers. Regrettably we are unable to set up any type of an exchange for international orders. You have a 60-day window from the shipping date to return your purchase. "
Very disappointed. I love their clothing selection.
