I did not realize that purchases auto subscribed users. I learned this ONLY 3 DAYS after the unauthorized "subscription" period started.
Because of the error message on my zoom account "Your payment card on file has expired. Please update your payment method or you will lose access to your paid features in the future" - I assumed that not providing my updated card would therefore cancel my unbeknownst/unauthorized "subscription".
I then learned that Zoom uses a 3rd party to update account users credit card information which is unauthorized and I believe to be a breach of privacy and information.
It seems that all zoom cares about is getting as much money as possible and not the customers needs or happiness.
I created a ticket with zoom to get my account sorted (now on week 3) and Zoom billing department has made 4 attempts to charge my purchase card for a "subscription" I did know about or agree to for a plan that was underutilized and an amount I vehemently do not approve.
