1st time in 3 + yrs I NEEDED their help!
3 weeks f-ing asking & speaking to Billing (to get a HUMAN) 4 agents and ALL of the played games with me! I was in TEARS... They read from scripts to "validate customer concerns" ALL of them just kept creating ticket after ticket. Refused to get me a Supervisor or do ANYthing I asked.
I warned in writing through email & verbally several time to NOT to charge my car. My renewal came up yesterday, and I was NOT contining until I got help.
ALL said:"I undersand." GOOD THEN - you better keep your word.
I TERMINATED MY ACCOUNT - and this morning saw that they renewed it.
#Zoom is garbage. Make a claim of credit card fraud if this ever happens to you. I've done just that!
