I have very much enjoyed shopping at BHFO over the years…but I have been burned too many times by final sale items which deviate from standard expectations regarding either fit or quality. I find myself gravitating now more toward secondhand retailers to get the price points I want while not being excluded from returns.

I have been shopping at BHFO for many years and have never once been disappointed with the experience. My Mother raised me to be smart with my money and that paying full price is foolish in most cases! BHFO seems to offer better variety and quality every year with sacrificing the bargain prices! It is such a rush to tell friends and family what a great buy I got when they ask... and they ALWAYS ask! Making Momma proud!
