“Horrible service..”

Horrible service. Terrible customer service. Received know refund. Know resolution. I placed a dispute but its not resolved. I'm sadden and disappointed. I placed a order and received the wrong dress. They are making me pay for their mistake. Their not sending the correct dress or offering a complete refund. Bad business rating F+
