I ordered a large arrangement (online) on Tuesday for deliver on Wednesday. The order was processed and paid. I checked to make sure it was delivered on Wednesday by calling the local store in the afternoon. Not only had they not delivered it, but they told me they do not deliver to my area. Funny... the corporate website seems to think they deliver to my area... Then, I asked why they didn't at least give me a courtesy call on Wed. Morning. The manager of the Schertz, TX store told me they were too busy, "we had important orders we had to get out." No joke. When I called her out on this, she denied saying it. Then she backpedaled. She never apologized. This could be the WORST customer service ever! First, she didn't inform me there was a problem in a timely manner and then she told me my order wasn't important. Had she told me in the morning, I could have made other arrangements to honor an important event. I will NEVER use Edible Arrangements again!
