I love my membership (and the wines) so much! Even though I am in the Garagiste club, I still have lots of options to buy wines from anywhere on the site, ranging from unique limited vintage wines to internationally acclaimed wines. I ended up buying my father a membership in the Gold club. He loves the wines, too!

Samsung Washer WV60M9900. A real lemon! Finally got approval for refund after months of going back and forth and dealing with a VERY rude Samsung repairman (who had to eat crow after he found out we were right about what was wrong). 2 strikes so far - bad product, bad service. Then came the refund process. I feel like I've entered the 7th level of Hell. Slow, unresponsive, lost paperwork (after 3 submissions!), can't get past the lowest level functionaries to resolve issues. BAD BAD BAD. If the product was great, I STILL wouldn't buy anything from Samsung ever again, based on how little respect they have for their customers. Take my warning - spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!

Tip for consumers:
The site makes crappy products look good. It is nearly impossible to find the right phone number for support and when you do, you will have loooong waits and end up talking to unhelpful customer service reps.

I ordered a large arrangement (online) on Tuesday for deliver on Wednesday. The order was processed and paid. I checked to make sure it was delivered on Wednesday by calling the local store in the afternoon. Not only had they not delivered it, but they told me they do not deliver to my area. Funny... the corporate website seems to think they deliver to my area... Then, I asked why they didn't at least give me a courtesy call on Wed. Morning. The manager of the Schertz, TX store told me they were too busy, "we had important orders we had to get out." No joke. When I called her out on this, she denied saying it. Then she backpedaled. She never apologized. This could be the WORST customer service ever! First, she didn't inform me there was a problem in a timely manner and then she told me my order wasn't important. Had she told me in the morning, I could have made other arrangements to honor an important event. I will NEVER use Edible Arrangements again!

Call before you order to see if they will deliver to you and deliver when expected.

This game is a bit addictive, but you have to overlook the sometimes poor knowledge of English. You don't have to spend money, but it will take a long time to advance if you don't. If you do, it can be expensive - they are stingy. The worst thing is customer service, though. Non responsive and simply abysmal!
