I've been trying to contact you for an exchange since November 12th. I even got a response from my review on November 25 saying someone would contact me shortly. Now it's December 11th and still no one has contacted me. I've emailed twice and now reviewed twice. The phone number doesn't work. All I want is to exchange the hair pieces.
