I purchased tickets on their deal $$. Guaranteed floor seats section a or b. I got section G last row!
It even stated on my order and their app I would get section a or b.
I spoke with a supervisor and they offered me $100. Ridiculous.
I was a customer- but never again.
I advise people to go purchase tickets from other sites and they do not backup their promises.
