I bought tickets for the 49ers/Dallas divisional playoff game on 1/14. I received an email that the tickets were on their way and that I would receive a ticket transfer email from Ticketmaster. There was no communication from Gametime or Ticketmaster. So finally on Friday 1/20 I sent an email to inquire about the ticket transfer. They said that sometimes the seller will wait until 24-72 hours to send me an email because of issues with counterfeiting barcodes. On Saturday 1/21 I still had not received a text or email. I chatted with 3 different people from Gametime. Each person told me the same thing as the email. Finally, the last person told me that there was an issue with the seller and that the tickets were no longer available, but they told me that they would find me tickets that were equivalent or better than the tickets I bought. Later that day I received a text from Gametime that my seats were upgraded but still no ticket transfer email. Finally on Sunday 1/22 at 7:00am(Game was at 3:30pm) I received the ticket transfer email. They were really good seats on the lower level 30-yard line. I would like to thank Vane, Casy and Keira for their help in assuring that I would have the tickets for the game. I had to be very proactive in communicating with Gametime in order to get my tickets. I read other reviews on here from people that didn't have the same positive result as myself. While there were others that had a bad experience and ended up with no tickets. Either way I don't think this is the way a company should do business. I feel like I was just one of the lucky ones.
Dishonest and deceptive purchase practices. Showed one price then charged another without letting me know. Contacted immediately refused to acknowledge my contact through chat and email. Requested an immediate refund they ignored it till the day later and said that it was too late. And that I should try to charge him back because I won't win really bad attitude as well. Hell has a special place for companies like this.

Within minutes of purchasing 4 tickets for a show, I found the same tickets (same section and row) $300 cheaper. Reached their customer service and asked for price match but they only gave me Gametime credit of $200 quoting that their policy caps at $200. This is ridiculous if you are buying tickets in bulk as in my case. They did not agree to price match completely. Highly disappointed. Will never recommend or use them again.
Spent $795 on three tickets to a comedy show. The tickets were transferred to my Ticketmaster account and one day later I got an email from Ticketmaster stating the tickets were obtained fraudulently and were not valid. I contacted Gametime and they would not refund my mo et. I had to contact my cc company to investigate and get my money back. Will NEVER use this website again. Total scam.
Me and some friends bought 7 tickets for the Bills/Steelers playoff game in Buffalo in January 2024. We live in Florida. 3 days later a huge snow storm came through causing a State of Emergency in Buffalo. A full travel ban issues by the Mayor and ALL flights were cancelled in and out of Buffalo. Our flight was cancelled Saturday, Sunday and again Monday. It was so bad they even moved the NFL game from Sunday to Monday and that NEVER happens. Obviously, we couldn't get there. Not that we didn't want to. We physically couldn't! Airports were closed! We got our money back for airlines and hotel but not from GAMETIME! They literally used the opportunity to take advantage of people and show me their return policy. Nowhere does it say if the city is in a state of emergency! Another obnoxious company only worried about the bottom line and not actually trying to help people.
It is just so ridiculous that fees are 50% or the actual purchase. If this was a legit business fee would be based on a fixed amount or a fixed percentage. But this seems to increase by the minute. A $32 fee for a ticket that is $71 is absolutely an illegitimate business transaction, not to mention that fees are not visible at first. If you don't know your math, you might think you are only paying for the tickets. But when the small next to the total price is checked, it shows ticket price and fees, also require math to figure out the total amount charged as fees.
I can't believe a website like this exists at all. I get caught up with life and get to find out about happens when it's upon me already and it's hard to get tickets at this point. Gametime offers last minute ticket sales and not for sports games alone, movies/theatre, even concerts yesssssss! I love this place already.
I purchased the ticket For Luis Miguel in Tampa October 15 2023 they changed the concert to November 7 2023 ask for a refund they said no.Then they changed the concert to June 19 2024 and now to June 4 2023 I asked for the refund they said no they are a company that you can not trust
Summary of my complaint. I purchased tickets to a concert through Gametime. The artist has "postponed" this concert and whole tour for a SECOND time. No rescheduled date. Riding the legal term "postponed" like a champ. Tickets paid. No concert. Simple, refund my money. Gametime's POLICY does not allow that. This is not a situation where I am choosing not to go. THERE IS NO CONCERT! Enjoy your POLICY Gametime. Protect the artist/venue and not your customer. Stay clear of Gametime.
Gametime is a scam. Their "all-in" tickets are $98.34 more than LiveNation and LiveNation tickets INCLUDE parking. LiveNation provides the tickets right away...lord knows if I will ever receive my gametime tickets. Can't return tickets for a full refund to my credit card - only gametime credit. Can't price match for cash difference, again, only gametime credit. THEY DO THIS INTENTIONALLY BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE SUCH A SHADY COMPANY THAT CUSTOMERS ARE EITHER STUCK WITH A gametime CREDIT & HAVE TO USE gametime AGAIN, OR BETTER YET THE CUSTOMER WILL JUST GIVE UP.

Concert tickets
Ordered tickets to a concert. Thought that I had everything good to go until I got to the venue and they said they needed it through axs. They I was told the tickets that I claimed to have - the seats were already taken! When I contacted them they investigated and said that I "should" have had the tickets. Well, apparently I did not have the tickets! How can two people have the same seats? No refund or part refund. Not happy at all! Do Not go through this company for tickets of any kind!
We went to a football game this weekend and the seats were NOT as advertised. Completely obstructed view and when I emailed GameTime about it, they said this, "their images of the seat locations on the app are not always accurate." I spent $400 on the tickets and was told they would give me a $30 credit. We couldn't see the Jumbotron / scoreboard or a section of the field. It was awful. Never again, GameTime!

Purchased basketball tickets in November for a basketball game between Wake Forest and University of Miami game on January 6th as a surprise Christmas gift for my daughter since she is a big UM fan and plays middle school basketball. I purchased tickets behind the Miami bench and received the tickets shortly after from the seller on the Gametime app and paid $306. My family and I drove 3 hours to the game and when the gates opened at 1:15pm, several gate attendants and a supervisor scanned the tickets and informed me the tickets were voided? They instructed me to go to the box office where another supervisor checked on the computer to inform me they were no good, how embarrassing. Called Gametime and was on the phone for over 30 minutes and they contacted the seller and informed them to provide me the tickets in a different format by text and gave him 10 minutes to provide the tickets in which I never received a response back. I was running out of time before the event and informed the Gametime rep that this was ridiculous and embarrassing after driving 3 hours and I was running out of time to purchase 3 tickets together before the event started.Gametime rep told me if the seller didn't provide the tickets in 10 minutes they would replace them, they could look at comparable tickets for the event. After the 10 minutes, I bought 3 tickets from the box office, since Gametime didn't contact me right away and I was worried I would run out of time. As I was entering the event, Gametime contacted me and offered me tickets that weren't even comparable to what I purchased and I informed them that I already spent 45 minutes waiting and I already purchased tickets and the tickets she was offering weren't even comparable and this was the worst experience ever. I went into the event, sat in my seats with my family and saw that the seats I purchased on Gametime were occupied? I contacted Gametime and told them of the possible fraud and took pictures of the seats and sent them the pictures and that I wanted a full refund and they needed to investigate it. Gametime apologized for the issue and they issued a refund and wanted to offer me a $95 credit on their app for the issue? At no time did they ever say they would investigate the possible fraud and I informed them that why would I use their app to purchase anymore tickets in the future after such a terrible experience and possible fraud and put myself in that position again and I had no confidence in buying tickets from their company. I filed a complaint against their company with BBB and after filing the complaint, they informed me that they take fraud seriously on their website and they were going to investigate? They only were investigating because I filed a complaint, but when I asked for a report back on their investigation, they gave me a generic statement that they take fraudulent activity seriously and never committed to give me any answers considering that I was possibly a victim of fraud on their website. I also informed them a resolution to make it right for the experience, they can give me a $306 credit towards a future event, the original purchase price of tickets I purchased but the tickets needed to be verified by their company or they can reimburse the $60 I spent at the box office venue for me and my family to attend the event on Jan6th and provided them a picture of the tickets and receipt as proof and they didn't respond back. Gametime did provide a full refund but does not verify their seller's tickets and don't proactively look for fraudulent activity. They say they are actively investigating fraud but do not want to provide any proof of their investigation and their findings to the victims, the buyer. Their website provides opportunity for seller's to create fraudulent transactions with no consequences or legal action and they don't protect the buyer. I tried to in good faith to give Gametime the opportunity to make the negative experience right and received no resolution, just more questions than answers and the validity of their website. I do not recommend this company for any tickets purchases!

Absolute ripoff company we bought tickets to Florida game at Raymond James never received the tickets. After numerous emails nothing was done. They stole 130.00 from us! I would highly advise nobody buy anything from this crooked company…
Never again! I attempted for the first time ever to buy tickets online for my husband and daughter to a Lions game using this site. I asked first after purchase if it was possible to get paper tickets, whoops. Then I shared with my email, big mistake because I did this way this tickets went off into lala land and now I can't access them again. All I get is a message say shared with my email. After several hours with customer service via chat and phones calls they can't send me another link and I am out of luck, all they can do is offer me a one time exception and offer me a credit to use their site again to purchase tickets again that will now be more expensive. No thanks. Apparently a refund is absolutely out of question for this company. I filed a dispute because I do not have the product that I purchased, filed with with BBB, and putting a review wherever I can find to put one for the first time in my in my life because I have never been so disappointed in a company.

They hold your purchase, it's 24hrs before event and still have not recieved, tickets are now twice as much and there reply is they can refund my purchase. Like that resolves the fact that I can no longer re purchase what I did with them. Horrible system, do not waste time or money, this was on a 700 NFL ticket purchae, Horrible.company and customer service

I was attempting to find out how much this company charged for an additional fee, and instead of going to an inbox, it immediately purchased the tickets, adding $30 per ticket. After being told there was no way to reverse it, I rec'd a text stating an IP address in Las Vegas accessed my account. I called their number, and the phone was answered in Punjabi. They switched to English. After 30 minutes on the phone, all I was told that everything was ok, and not to worry. As a result, I've cancelled my card to protect my account. Whatever you do, don't use this company for anything, EVER!

Nope. Bought a raptors ticket for 280. Checked Ticketmaster, the same section cost 200. The ones that cost are in row 16, mine is in 32

When I bought the tickets it didn't say they were no view seats. It did have the small eyeball but as a senior who hasn't purchased tickets in ages, I didn't notice the tiny symbol. I took my granddaughter to her first concert ever as a birthday gift. We couldn't see half the concert. Two different managers refused to give me any type of refund. Others in my section had a similar experience with StubHub and they were given a 50% refund. I'll use StubHub in the future! Neither manager cared at all that they were losing my business. Sad part is, customer service agents were great and agreed with me but the managers should be replaced!

It even stated on my order and their app I would get section a or b.
I spoke with a supervisor and they offered me $100. Ridiculous.

I advise people to go purchase tickets from other sites and they do not backup their promises.
HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered tickets to a concert. They sent me an email to access the tickets - however no tickets were available. I only discovered this the morning of the concert when I went to download them. I contacted their customer service team and after SEVERAL rounds of "prove it to me" they finally made my tickets available 30 minutes AFTER the event had started. I obviously didn't go and requested a refund. They gave me $50 back of my whole order and as a CREDIT on their stupid app. DO NOT USE THEM.
Two times in a row. Shame on me. Screwed me over with great seats. Last minute they called me and said they weren't available, offered worse seats, wouldn't offer me something compatible, even though available. Of course cause now the price is higher. 2 times in a row, offered 130% credit. But I booked another seat with the credit, and you guessed it, a day before they text me "sorry there's an issue" - 60 minutes to get a refund solution on the phone. BEWARE
