Easy to order. Website works well.
I ordered 3 tee shirts for myself and 2 as gifts. All 5 of them were huge... way bigger than a small or medium should be... more like large/extra large. I thought I could return them or exchange them but when I tried to do so, I was told that I would have to return them at my expense to CHINA and I would only receive a refund after they had verified the merchandise. This is just too much expense and work and it's not worth it to me. I'll stick to Amazon from now on

Because I liked the clothing in the ads I saw.
They were bright and colorful and looked nice in the pictures.

Easy to use the website. Check out process was simple. Great selection of clothing.
I inadvertently ordered the wrong product. I called Customer Service and they sent me a return label so I could return the product and order the correct one. I have been buying lamb lung treats in bulk from Value Pet Supplies for many years and I've always been pleased with the quality of the product.
