I purchased a set of blush (pink)
Silk pillow cases as a Valentine's gift. The delivery was scheduled for February 14th, but later changed to February 15th. When they arrived, the "bonus" pillows were NOT included. A call to customer service was initiated, to which the agent stated no such bonus was applicable.
My only recourse was to return the pillow case, and join the ranks of duped customers!
Due to the poor service, this may be my last Macy's purchase
