I've always liked your site, but it has improved somewhat, too, making it easier to shop. Normally, I despise the ads google races across the screen when a search is being done, but YOUR ads are excellent: you've added a variety of items to that ad screen and they're not just the most expensive.
ALSO, unlike Walmart and Amazon, you show only the items being searched, not a lot of unwanted, unrelated things. Thank you, it makes shopping much easier and much more preferable!
Enormous variety of items, some are new to us and it's an adventure to try them. Also, free shipping (the reason why I didn't order from another store that charges $25/order or more), so we can send more items out as gifts to relatives in other states.
NEVER disappointed! For years this has been an excellent shopping experience and the products are wonderful. Even though some are available locally, the cost is less with SMI.

Easy to navigate site, very nicely planned. Shopping and check-out are fast and easy. Product size and ingredients list available for each item. Very nice. Except for the compostable bags made from potatoes. They are a total waste.

OK, you MUST read the FAQ page prior to ordering. After my original rant, I found a typing error in the recipient's address and freaked out (hours later) upon discovering my mistake. I emailed Giftrocket immediately and they replied within a few hours, assuring me they refunded my credit card. This could be done b/c the recipient (the WRONG recipient) hadn't opened the email or used the gift card. So, even though you have to go slowly when using their site, their customer service is STELLAR
