Ordered a ring on March 22. The description said 4-5 weeks. It is just a few days shy of 90 days and still no ring. KKB keeps stringing me along, acting like they are unable to get an update from their jeweler. I was told "it's on the way", but in the meantime, a "credit could be issued so that I could pick out something different I liked." Umm... no. Not only do I ever want to pick out something else, but I just want a refund, which they are refusing. No wonder her business is failing. Super shady! Buyer beware of her unethical business decisions!
