Crooks! I would give Zero stars if I could but forced to give a star but that is better than being Forced to pay for my car being kept from us and not released to my daughter. From 11pm-10:30am she was given the run around about a vehicle we both own! First she was told I needed to get the vehicle though both of us are on the title and registration at 11pm at night, then she was told that she couldn't get it at all. After I call that morning they try to play dumb and then they decided to release our car THAT THEY DAMAGED! As she has a low profile car and they put it on a dolly instead of a flat bed! Then CHARGED HER ALMOST $300 just to get her car and it HAD TO BE CASH ONLY! When I asked about this (because they treated my daughter like she was just a young girl that they could take advantage of) they stated that it was "regulated by the state that they can charge for two days as calander" along with the other extra charges ( extra person, extra equipment, storage, tow and mileage) though she was trying to get her car that night and denied until the morning for not even 12 hours. After asking the "GM" Rick if I could speak to the owner I was told that "the owner retired and he handled matters" I then stated I would be contacting the BBB at this point Rick apparently found this amused and laughed, so I will make sure I contact the city as well as other forums to warn others of these thieves!

Update! Now the Company is saying that "I had an attitude " Never did I have an attitude as this person is projecting what they did until they realized I could not be taken advantage of like they did my daughter. I would ask for the video tape to be reviewed as they treated my daughter very rudely no matter who had our car: now they are blaming it on someone else? (if they hadn't got it towed, it wouldn't be your fault) I will be contacting an attorney because they had no right disclosing the information on a public forum! This company still refused to release our car and it was KEEP FROM US FOR 11 HOURS And they tried to keep it longer until I called and asked why! I called them out on their robbery! I Will be taking this to the state because Not only is the company lying but have had their friends harass me and my family as well.

I was harassed on Social Media for several hours by one of their contractors over a meme that I did not create. Arena Cheney kept trying to be little me and harass me continuously after first contacting me on Facebook. Someone who is aggressive and hostile, should not be able to interact with the public if they're being violent.
