I swear I believe their entire purpose is to make you wait as long as possible. That alone, I could probably put up with, but for them to be condescending and rude is unacceptable! Don't waste your time at Joann's in Redlands.
Just trying to get resolution is a chore. Bought clothing and the sizes were more for children than adults. Very, very, small sizing! Try to return or exchange and the freight is more than the item cost. Seller refuses to pay for shipping even though their product was not as described. Don't buy clothing, you will just be throwing your money away.

After opening a case, your payment will be put on hold. It won't be released to the seller until the problem is solved. We will give your seller 5 days to accept your proposal. If your seller accepts it then we will facilitate your proposal. If your seller declined it. You can 'Request a Mediation' as soon as 5 days after opening a case. So that we will assign a Dispute Analyst to handle your case and either process a refund or replacement.
Rest assured that we still have your money on hold. It won't be released to the seller until the problem is solved.
