I purchased Knotts tickets from Kijubi and when I got to the gate they didn't work. I have tried...
There was a mistake with the tickets (Disneyworld) so we ended up buying tickets at the gate....

Each merchant who uses Kijubi has their own redemption rules, which we have no control over. In your case, the tickets came in the form of a voucher due to the merchant's guidelines. The majority of our tickets do not require voucher redemption. We truly hope you were still able to have a great time, as our entire goal is to provide people with fun, memorable moments with their family and loved ones.
