I ordered flowers and champagne online for my daughter's birthday. They never arrived although my credit card was charged. In a text conversation with the business, I was asked why I paid if I didn't receive the products. Is this a stupid question or what? I text'd that I'd like the flowers and champagne delivered now, even though her birthday had passed. NO RESPONSE,
