I bought a total of 6 blankets all was suppose to say love Grandma. One came that said love Grammy and grampy and for months I asked for a return label for an exchange. They kept sayiñg because there wasn't anything wrong with the blanket they could not give me a refund or exchange. I kept telling them it's still in the original packaging but has the wrong saying on it. Pretty much it wasn't there problem. I ordered way before Christmas and still waiting on 2 of my blankets they charged me again for the replacement of the blanket that I've been trying to return. Their customer service is definitely not an experience I want to go through again. The last email I sent them they completely ignored but I had several emails telling me they would not exchange it.
