I haven't had any issues in the past when ordering online from GlamaCo. However, I placed an order on the 9th April and 4 weeks later my order is showing a status of 'Ready to Ship'.
I have sent through 6 online enquires about the status of my order and no one replies. Their phone number is purely a messaging service and they do not respond to emails or their own 'BotChat'.
The lack of customer service is extremely frustrating.
At this point I am unable to even request a refund.
